Coaching Sessions
Having someone hold you accountable for putting teachings into practice increases your likelihood of success by nearly 98%. Our coaching sessions will take you through our trainings, then our coaches will follow up and talk through what went well, what needs improvement, and alternative methods that can be deployed in certain situations.

Coaching PROGRAMS
A 4-week course will talk you through booking a round for business, what you need to do to prepare, and guide you through our trademarked relationship building process. After your round, we will get back together to talk about how it went and how you could improve the next time you hit the course for business.
Just like the 4-week course, we will talk you through booking and preparing for a round and follow up with an accountability call to see how things went, but rather than leaving you there, we will work through your next round as well and track your improvement and work on areas that we identify need work together.
Sometimes you need someone to bounce ideas off. On-going coaching will start with the same format as our 4 and 8 week courses, but give you some freedom to grow as a relationship builder and talk through topics and situations you encounter as you put our trainings into action.

Meet your COACH
Joe picked up a golf club at the age of 4 and promptly put it through the glass front of his parent’s entertainment cabinet which sits in their living room glassless to this day. While he focused on Baseball and Hockey in High School and into College, he has been playing golf semi-competitively for 22 years and has been a member of the Soldier Hollow eight-man team, played in multiple State Am qualifiers, and finished second at the 2021 Homestead Open.
Joe’s golf philosophy is centered around preparation and a sound mental approach to every shot. He believes to be successful at building relationships on the course you need to make golf the secondary activity, prioritize your conversation, and help your playing partners feel comfortable with their game. Of course that all goes out the window if there is money on the match…
Working in sponsorship and advertising sales, Joe has played in and worked holes at hundreds of golf events from pro-ams to scrambles for local charities, and has developed the FairwaysRM approach to relationship building from his extensive experience on the course.
His dream golf trip is a month at Cabot Links in Cape Breton, Nova Socia.
